Anatolian Patchwork Style Pouf P11

This over-dyed Turkish vintage rug is a celebration of both past and present. Created using a technique employed to breathe new life into older hand-knotted rugs, the colors are first neutralized before the rug is over-dyed with its entirely new hue. The original pattern can still be traced, a tribute to the skilled weavers who created it. The quality of the rug shines through, yet the recycled rug now fits perfectly into a contemporary interior design. Consider it not just as a rug, but as a unique piece of contemporary art.
